Setting up FAQs
The Monthly Membership is only $35 per month and you can come to unlimited classes.
Individual nights are $15 per night.
Each night will include multiple classes. The $15 covers all classes that night. You pay $15 and can come to every class that night.
We are located at in Mid City.

Classes are every Thursday night starting at 6:30 PM
The monthly membership allows you to attend every class and by purchasing the monthly membership each class is heavily discounted.
Additionally, the monthly membership includes full online membership in our members only online section which incudes additional training resources such as videos, documents, training programs.
We will be regularly updating the members only content.
No, our fitness kickboxing class does cover the basics of boxing and kickboxing but is focused on overall general fitness, stress relief, foucs, and concentration all while kicking and punching.
If you are interested in competitive boxer. we recommend the New Orleans Boxing Club. NOBC is an outstating boxing club that trains both amateur and professional boxers.

While boxing is a contact sport, our boxing and kickboxing classes at Fusion Martial Arts prioritize safety and technique above all else. and focused on fitness. The Fitness Kickboxing class will be NO CONTACT.
You will have the opportunity to hit punching bags and pads, but sparring is not a part of the fitness kickboxing class. Rest assured that all our classes are open to individuals of all skill levels and backgrounds, and our coaches will work with you to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
NOTE: controlled and light contact sparring is a part of the Traditional Martial Arts class for advanced students only.
Typical gym clothes are good for the weekly workout classes.
The Traditional Martial Arts does have traditional uniforms but they are not required during normal classes. The traditional uniforms are usually only worn during formal events such as rank testing and tournaments.
No additional equipment is required for any of the classes.
Each class may have recommended equipment such as Boxing Gloves but all equipment is optional.
No, Fusion Martial Arts is not a MMA club teaching MMA fighting. We do teach various Martial Arts in all of the classes (boxing, kickboxing, Karv Maga, Taekwondo, Hapkido, BJJ, and others) but we do not teach MMA / UFC style fighting.
Ages 13 and above are allowed in regular classes.
Children ages 8 - 12 is considered on a case-by-case basis and only if the child's accompanying adult is also taking the same class.
